Implementation of Seventh CPC Recommendations Revised Pay and Arrears to be paid in August 2016 Implementation Cell, 7th CPC  under Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Govt of India vide  OM No 1-5/2016-IC dated 29th July, 2016  issued instructions regarding fixation of pay and payment of arrears in accordance with the Department of Expenditure’s  Resolution No. 1-2/2016-IC dated 25.07.2016 , bringing out decisions of the Government on the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission and consequent promulgation of the Central Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016, notified vide  G.S.R No. 721(E) dated 25th July, 2016  regarding fixation of pay in the revised pay structure effective from 01.01.2016. KRK : Artist from the islands finds name in the world of independent music By Debkumar Bhadra  |  Musings of an Islander  | South Andaman It was a sunny day turned cosy when I had a chance meeting with K R aja K umarr, the budding C reative D irector, A d-film maker, L yricist, S inger and C omposer from these islands who shot to fame following release of his second music album titled A valae V aruvalaa . Fondly known as KRK, the guy is quite youthful, energetic and joyous in his approach towards life and work. Recollecting his early days he says, he has been just another guy in the crowd until he decided it is high time to listen to his heart. In the process he sacrificed his career in E ngineering and join B achelor D egree course in V isual C ommunication, which according to him, brought several positive changes in life.
