In the absence of suitable safeguard, telecom subscribers are penalized for no fault on its part whereas T elecom S ervice P rovider ( TSP ) who is apparently at fault ends up richer with every instance of a dropped call. It is therefore no surprise that TSP’ s did precious little to resolve the issue in the past and continues to look the other way in the present.
